First, recognize the difference between commodity-driven customers and value-driven clients. Write down actual names for the following:
Commodidy-driven customers in your database
(HINT: These individuals often make decisions based more on price and less on value or genuine solutions)
Value-driven clients in your database
(HINT: These individuals offer strong potential
revenue not only from sales but also through referrals)
