Innovative Marketing Tool Yields Innovative Bank Reward Program
SALT LAKE CITY, May 5, 2007. Security National Capital has renewed a marketing and design contract with Targa Media to support and grow product awareness through Web design, online tools, search engine marketing, refined product messaging, and targeted customer incentives.
Targa MediaĪs Boxxer Model helped to create the "Stepp Custom Kickback Program" for SNCās active and prospective brokers. Targa Media uses their Boxxer Model as an innnovative approach for companies to target messages to their most valuable clients. The Boxxer Model is a tool created by Targa Media to reduce typical marketing lingo to a practical and individual level so that businesses can connect marketing with known individuals and their traits. In the case of Security National Capital, the Boxxer Model helps them target mortgage brokers in a realistic and meaningful way.
"It's important for us to figure out which offers are creating results, and why that is," Michael Southard, Vice President of Security National Capital said. "This way, we can actually see what our clients find important and useful to them, and quickly weed out what isn't working."

Targa Media emphasizes the importance of melding innovative marketing ideas to familiar technologies so that company staff and sales teams are immediately vested in a new program. The Stepp Program captures broker data in a format already in use by SNC.
