CHALLENGE: As a banking leader in the transportation sector, TAB Bank stays ahead of the curve with online tools and a solid brand. The challenge was to measure and increase client involvement in various programs and banking tools by bringing the bank's IT and marketing departments together.
SOLUTION: Targa Media worked with both the marketing and IT divisions in developing Web and multimedia tools that would track campaign results. We designed print and email 1to1 marketing campaigns to build a "community" of prospects and clients. The marketing and IT teams now have a process in place for utilizing eachother's expertise in developing products and ad campaigns. In addition, we account for marketing results, doubling and tripling responses to targeted campaigns.
